3. Increase communication among Reformistas. Work on getting more members online with email, etc.

4. Provide Technology workshops to those who need/want them.

5. Start a Technology Awareness Campaign that could address the cultural and economic barriers Spanish speaking communities facein dealing with the Internet and other technologies. Provide information on how these technologies will effect (positively and negatively) these communities.

6. Create social networks and mentoring to introduce Latinos into information technology careers.

7. Prepare bilingual guides on using the Internet for Spanish Speakers. If they already exist, make readily available.

8. Create a comprehensive searchable database of quality Internet Sites. Provide a variety of access points (title, subject, keyword, etc.). Focus on Internet Sites of interest to the Spanish speaking and to those during research on Hispanic, Latino/a, Chicano/a etc. disciplines.

Some possibleprojects could be to create a web based version of the REFORMA Newsletter as well as digitizing past issues. One possible way would be to create Adobe PDFfiles of past newsletters that would allow for free text searching of the newsletter.

13. Purchase our own Web Server and hire either a full-time or part-timeweb administrator.

14. Provide online transactions of REFORMA-related activities. Some example could include:

15. Conduct a survey of Reformistas on information technology literacy and access to the Internet from home and work.
