This Policy and Procedures [P&P] Manual is intended to be the working document for the REFORMA Executive Board. Every Executive Board member should have a copy and should review the manual when assuming a Board position. The manual, in its entirety, should be reviewed periodically.
Following the P&P Manual will save hours of time and avoid much confusion [not to mention many a headache].
DISTRIBUTION - Who Is Responsible?
The current President of REFORMA is responsible for passing on the P&P Manual to the Vice-President immediately upon notification of whom has been elected. It is the responsibility of the Vice-President to make sure that all his/her committee Chairs and newly-elected Chapter Presidents are sent a copy of the P&P manual when he/she becomes President. The cost for photocopying the manual for new Executive Board members should be passed on to the REFORMA Treasurer.
