Dear REFORMISTAS:

42West, a movie publicity and promotions agency, is working with TWILIGHT: BREAKING DAWN, PT. 2 which opens in theatres on November 16, 2012. They hope to promote the film in Latino communities throughout the country and have recognized that REFORMA and its chapters can help them do this through our libraries. The REFORMA Executive Committee has voted to participate. There is an allotment of promotional items including posters, t-shirts, keychains, stickers, pens, and slap bracelets that 42West are willing to send each library for you to distribute as you see fit -- through a raffle, contest, or whatever is best for us. Participating libraries would have to make a display for BREAKING DAWN including posters and books and send photos back to 42West.

If interested, please contact Ana-Elba Pavon, Co-Chair of REFORMA's Children's and Young Adult Services Committee, at apavon0405@gmail.com or 650-580-1609. Participants will receive an allotment of promotional items in the mail. Please contact me with your name, library name, and address by Monday, November 5, 2012 which I will pass onto 42West. We need to get these items to you in a timely fashion AND 42West would like the photos to be used internally for reporting purposes by Wednesday, November 14, 2012.

Gracias,
Ana-Elba Pavon
