Dear Colleague,

This research project aims to provide insight into the success of long-term recruitment efforts of Latinos into the Library Profession. The issues that concern us include the following: Are Latino LIS graduates finding employment? What are libraries doing to recruit and retain new Latino librarians? Are there leadership training programs in place for Latinos to advance in their careers?

Your responses will help further current research into increasing the number of Latinos entering the profession while working to diversify the profession.
