HOW TO REGISTER


There are two methods for registration available:
 
1.     Register Online
 
Submit your RNCVI registration using the online registration form (Pay with a Credit Card).          
 
NOTE: To register for only one day use the one-day online registration form

REFORMA Members:
Select the “Member Registration” Button. You will be asked to login with your username and password.
 
Non-REFORMA Members:
-Select the “Public Registration” Button
The online system will recognize your membership type (e.g. librarian, students, etc.) and automatically assign the appropriate conference registration fee. The fee will show up as a “Member Price” at the top of the page and also as the “Registration Subtotal” on the bottom of the page.
 
-Press “Continue Registration” to proceed.
You will next need to make your selections from the  list of additional conference options. In the box associated with the desired option,  type the number of event tickets that you wish to purchase.
 
-When finished making your selections, press any one of the the “Update Price” buttons to total up your conference costs.
 
-Double check that the subtotals are correct, then press “Register Now ”.
-Proceed to pay online using your credit card
(Should you receive an error message when processing a credit card transaction, do not press previous page and re-process, You may be charged twice.
 
You will receive a confirmation of your completed registration transaction via email upon receipt of payment.
 
2)  Register  by mail with check
                Print off a copy of the registration form (PDF File) and mail the completed form and payment to:

Checks should be made payable to REFORMA and write in  RNCVI registration in the check’s memo line. Please expect to receive an email confirmation within 3-5 days of receipt of your form.
 
Cancellation Policy
 
Cancellations received on or before July 1,  2017  are entitled to a full refund minus a $25 processing fee. Cancellations received between July 1 and August 15, 2017 are entitled to a 50% refund, minus a $25 processing fee.  Cancellation received after August 15, 2017 are not entitled to a refund.  The REFORMA Conference, and related events may be cancelled due to events beyond the control of REFORMA such as weather conditions, venue conditions, travel conditions, parking, etc.  No refunds will be given in these situations. In the event that a REFORMA-sponsored activity is cancelled, REFORMA cannot be responsible for any cancellation/charge assessed to registrants by airlines, travel agencies, or hotel.
 
Refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death or other extraordinary circumstances.  In such a circumstance REFORMA must be contacted via letter or email by September 4, 2017.
 
Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.
