·        Other duties as assigned.

·        An ALA-accredited Master’s degree in Library or Information Science; or an equivalent combination of a relevant advanced degree and experience.
·        Demonstrated experience working with files of bibliographic metadata records in MARC binary and/or MARCXML format. Experience with other metadata formats (Dublin Core, MODS, etc.) is a plus.
·        Demonstrated ability to analyze project requirements and develop strategies for metadata capture, normalization, transformation, and enhancement.
