STAFF OPENING – POST STAFF and PUBLIC ANNE ARUNDEL COUNTY PUBLIC LIBRARY invites applications for the position of Community Branch Manager I. REGULAR STAFF: COMMUNITY BRANCH MANAGER I – Brooklyn Park Branch– Fulltime Grade 20MA – 37.5 hours/week Full Salary Range: $53,847 - $89,684 Excellent benefits package includes eligibility to earn up to 4 weeks of annual leave, starting with first year of employment. Responsibilities include: This is professional librarian and managerial work supervising the operations of a community branch, and serving as a member of the Library's management team. The community branch manager also works as a professional librarian fulfilling the full range of public service responsibilities required of a Librarian II. Minimum Qualifications: Possession of a Master’s Degree in Library Science from an American Library Association accredited program plus two years of professional experience in the provision of community library services, including supervisory experience.
