     REGULAR STAFF – PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST – Finance Department, Headquarters
Regular Staff – Fulltime – 37.5 hours/week – 1 Opening
     Procurement Specialist - Grade 11GA     
     Salary Range Fulltime $32,344 - $50,231

     MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or equivalency program, including or supplemented by courses in bookkeeping, accounting, purchasing, and office practices as well as one to two years’ experience in routine procurement of supplies, order expediting and inventory control, preferably in a public or not-for-profit environment; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that has provided the knowledge, abilities and skills listed in the job description found on our website at

     RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for purchasing, processing and expediting of orders for supplies, materials equipment and services for the Library system. Responsible for vendor relations and contract maintenance on specified contracts of a routine nature. Cross-trains with Payroll Specialist and provides backup for biweekly payroll processing.
