REGULAR STAFF – STAFF DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR - 1 Opening – Fulltime at Library Headquarters
Grade 19C – 37.5 hours/week
Salary Range: $52,114 - $86,797
Excellent benefits package includes eligibility to earn up to 4 weeks of annual leave, starting with first year of employment.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Administering the Library's program of training and staff development to ensure that Library staff at all levels have the training required to provide the highest level of service to the public or in support of public service. Responsibilities also extend to administrative work of the Library's Human Resources Office, such as developing records of staff training, participating in formulating and executing HR department goals and objectives, etc.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in professional development, education, business, public administration or closely related field plus four years professional experience in training design and delivery with at least one year involving lead/supervisory duties; or an equivalent combination of experience and training that has provided the knowledge, abilities, and skills listed in the job description.
