INSTRUCTOR AND UNDERGRADUATE ENGAGEMENT LIBRARIAN
UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT CHICAGO

The UIC Library seeks an enterprising, forward-thinking, and service-oriented librarian to enrich the student experience and provide new opportunities for the Library to engage with the undergraduate community and to participate in the reference and instruction programs. This is an instructor (non-tenure track faculty) position in the Research Services & Resources (RSR) Department in the Richard J. Daley Library.

Working collaboratively with library faculty and staff and other campus partners, the Undergraduate Experience Librarian will initiate, coordinate, and assess services focused on engaging and supporting undergraduates. This position provides opportunities for innovation, exploration, and professional growth in creating scalable information literacy programming, outreach activities, and assessment efforts for the improvement of the undergraduate experience.
