LOCATION OF EXHIBITS
All exhibits will be located in the Tucson Convention Center. The Exhibit Hall will be open a total of 15 hours, allowing ample time for attendees to view all of the booths. "NO CONFLICT" time will be set aside on both days to provide those who make purchasing decisions an opportunity to visit your booth and learn about your products and services.
INSTALLATION
Installation will begin at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 3, 2000, and must be completed by 5:00 p.m. Further installation will be allowed on Friday, August 4, 2000, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. (hand carried items only; no carts will be allowed on the aisle carpeting which will be installed by this time.)
Representatives and work crews for the Official Decorator will be on hand during installation time to answer any questions or to supply needed materials.
DISMANTLING
Dismantling shall not begin before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2000 and should be completed by 6:00 p.m. that day.
LIABILITY
REFORMA will provide every reasonable precaution for protection of
the exhibit and its contents. It is understood that the REFORMA or its
members or affiliates will not be held liable by an exhibitor for any damage,
injury, or loss to any person or property. The Official Decorator will
carry full coverage liability and property damage insurance. Exhibitors
desiring to insure their exhibits and display materials against fire, theft,
etc, must do so at their own expense.
