ARRIVAL:
Upon arrival at the Tucson International Airport (and after claiming your luggage), follow the overhead ARIZONA STAGECOACH signs inside the airport to the ground level center corridor Stagecoach counter. Tell the dispatcher the name of the group you are with and the hotel name, you will be leaving within 15 minutes.
 

DEPARTURE:
Reservations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance of your flight time. Reservations can be made by calling 889-1000 from your hotel or upon your arrival you can make your return reservation during your 15 minute wait time.
