An active and fit gazelle, Julieta, offers the two other main characters, a sleepy lion and an overweight tiger a deal. If they agree to not chase her, she will teach them how to lose weight and become fit. Julieta teaches the lion and tiger about a balanced diet and the importance of exercising. After a short time, the lion and tiger begin to see results and feel healthier. They have more energy and become friends with the gazelle. This is a colorful and fun book that teaches children the importance of eating a balanced diet, exercising regularly and playing with friends. The positive message of the text is accompanied by full-page illustrations. Highly Recommended.
