RNE Call for Proposals & Save the Date 6/16/23

The REFORMA Northeast Chapter is excited to announce that our 19th Annual Joint-Mini Conference will take place at the Center for Puerto Rican Studies Library and Archives in New York City on Friday June 16th, 2023 from 9:30am-4pm.

Our theme this year is “Making a Difference: Engaging Communities of Color.” We aim to highlight what libraries around the country have been doing to engage communities of color, advocate for greater equity, and combat racism and xenophobia through library programming, outreach, and collections.

We encourage you to share your work and experiences around this theme by submitting a program proposal. More information is available in our call for proposals. Please share widely with your networks. The deadline to receive submissions is April 21, 2023.

We are very excited and look forward to gathering and sharing some truly inspiring experiences. Feel free to email me with questions in regards to the conference or the Call for Proposals at reformane@gmail.com.

Thank you,

Linda Caycedo, RNE Chapter President & Co-Chair
