REFORMA Endorses Julie Todaro for ALA Presidential Candidacy

It is my pleasure to formally announce that REFORMA the National Association to Promote Library & information Services to Latinos and its members have voted anonymously during our midwinter membership meeting to endorse Julie Todaro as a candidate for the open seat on the American Library Association elections.
Julies, also a REFORMA member has previously contributed to REFORMA in many ways, one being part of the planning of a previous REFORMA National Conference. The endorsement was recommended by members of our organization after having asked questions and reviewing her records and determining her position on issues of importance to librarians. As such, we believe her election will be of benefit to REFORMA members. I ask that you encourage your colleagues and friends to support Julie. I also ask that you reproduce this notice and distribute as best you can.
