Assists new chapters to become established or to disband by providing material to individuals expressing interest in organizing a new chapter. Information includes, but is not limited to:
a. Tax information
b. How to establish bank/treasury account
c. Discounts and incentives for joining REFORMA
d. Brochures
e. Membership forms
f. REFORMA Manual


Goals and Objectives:
Updating REFORMA Manual
Assisting the formation of new chapters
Assisting existing chapters to file for non-profit status
Revising Bylaws
