IMPORTANT DATES:

  • July 8, 2011: Last Day of Early Bird Registrations (all payments must be received by July 8 to receive Early Registration Rate)
  • August 15, 2011: Last Day for Advance Registrations (all payments must be received by August 15 to receive Advance Registration Rate)
     
NOTE: Online Registration for the Pre-Conference Seminars is now handled separately from the Main Conference Registration. Also for those that have already registered for the Conference, but not the Pre-Conference Seminars, you can now do so from the Pre-Conference Page.

There are two methods for registration available:
 

1) ONLINE REGISTRATION (Pay with your Credit Card)

REFORMA Members:
Select the "Member Registration" Button. You will be asked to login with your username and password

NON Members:
Select the "Public Registration" Button.

The online system will recognize your membership type (e.g. librarian, student, etc.) and automatically assign the appropriate conference registration fee. This fee will show up as “Member Price” at the top of the page and also as the “Registration Subtotal” on the bottom of the page.

Press “Continue Registration” to proceed.

You will next need to make your selections from the list of additional conference options. In the box associated with the desired option, type in the number of event tickets that you wish to purchase.

When done making your selections, press any one of the “Update Price” buttons to total up your conference costs.

Double check that the subtotals are correct, then press “Register Now.”

Proceed to pay online using your credit card.

[Should you receive an error message when processing a credit card transaction, do NOT press previous page and re-process. You may be charged twice.]

You will receive a confirmation of your completed registration transaction via email upon receipt of payment.


2) Registration by mail/check.

Download the registration form.

Mail the completed form and your payment to:
