VOLUNTEER PROCESS
Please review the volunteer information before filling out the volunteer form.

You must be a current member of REFORMA to serve on a REFORMA Committee. You can access your member ID by logging into the REFORMA Member Portal at http://www.reforma.org.

COMMITTEE PARTICIPATION
Committee appointments are usually two years in duration and require participation in all committee meetings (held virtually throughout the year). Some committees also meet during the ALA Midwinter Meeting and ALA Annual Conference.

The maximum number of concurrent separate committee appointments for REFORMA is two. If you are interested in more than one committee, you will need to submit a separate volunteer form for each committee.
